After Sales Operations Manager: This role is pivotal in managing and coordinating after-sales operations, ensuring service quality, monitoring performance indicators, and leading various teams to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Hi-Tech & Warranty Specialist: This position combines technical expertise with warranty issue management, focusing on processing technical files, analyzing vehicle issues, and ensuring compliance with brand standards while collaborating with technical and after-sales teams.
Training Officer: The Training Officer will identify training needs, organize and coordinate training activities, and ensure the operational and administrative follow-up of training programs for employees, contributing to the overall skill enhancement of the workforce.
Procurement Officer: This role involves managing procurement activities, ensuring timely processing of purchase requests, and maintaining quality and cost standards while collaborating with suppliers and internal departments to meet operational needs.
