From May 3 to May 14, Helo Maroc welcomed 23 travel advisors from the Voyages Synergia network for an exclusive educational tour in Morocco. This initiative, conducted in collaboration with various branch offices of Aquaterrra, aimed to provide participants with an immersive experience of the destination, allowing them to understand customer experiences firsthand and deepen their knowledge of the products offered by Helo Maroc.
Traveling with Royal Air Maroc, the group explored several iconic regions of the country, including Marrakech, Ouarzazate, Boumalne Dadès, the Merzouga desert, and Agadir.
A Memorable Night in the Desert
One of the highlights of the journey was a two-night stay in the Merzouga desert, where advisors could fully embrace the Saharan experience and gain insights into the expectations of their clientele. The educational tour was complemented by numerous hotel visits and meetings with local partners to showcase the diversity of Moroccan tourism offerings. The trip concluded in Agadir with three nights by the sea, featuring a destination presentation by the Helo Maroc team and a closing dinner that encouraged interaction among participants.
