Imaan Hammam Embodies Sezane's Autumn Vision

DUBAI: The renowned Dutch Moroccan Egyptian model, Imaan Hammam, has been chosen as the face of Sezane's latest autumn campaign, which epitomizes a significant transition for the French fashion label under the innovative leadership of its founder, Morgane Sezalory. This new chapter was officially launched on August 23, 2026, alongside the unveiling of a refreshed visual identity and logo, signaling Sezalory's intention to revamp the brand's aesthetic after over a decade in the industry.

The Fall 2026 collection showcases a blend of Sezane's hallmark wardrobe essentials with a fresh, structured, and confident design approach. The campaign, captured through the lens of photographer Mark Kean and styled by Alex Carl, features striking elements such as voluminous shoulders, dramatic funnel-neck collars, and a variety of tactile fabrics. The collection includes an array of short jackets, coats, and trench coats, with materials like faux fur, wool, and leather enhancing the autumnal vibe.

Among the standout items are oversized coats, relaxed trousers, and spacious slouchy totes, which complement the updated versions of the Parisian-inspired separates that have come to define Sezane’s signature style. Earlier this summer, Hammam made headlines by walking the runway at Jacquemus’ highly anticipated “Le Bonheur” fashion show set against the breathtaking backdrop of Corsica's rocky Ile de la Pietra. During this exclusive presentation, she donned an understated all-white ensemble that perfectly encapsulated the coastal inspirations of the collection.

Championing Representation Through Fashion

Hammam, who is celebrated for her unabashed embrace of her Moroccan and Egyptian heritage, actively uses her influential platform to advocate for Arab representation within the fashion industry. This commitment is further exemplified through her passion project, Ayni, launched last year, which aims to preserve and celebrate Arab artistic expression from her unique perspective.

Since her debut in 2013 at the Jean Paul Gaultier couture show, Hammam has become one of the most sought-after models globally, gracing the runways of prestigious fashion houses including Burberry, Fendi, Prada, and Balenciaga. She has also starred in high-profile campaigns for major brands such as Chanel, Versace, and Tiffany & Co., solidifying her status as a leading figure in contemporary fashion.
