Sales Representative Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing the company’s reach and effectiveness in the marketplace. Key responsibilities include prospecting new clients and developing a robust commercial portfolio within the Casablanca region. Candidates will identify potential companies, institutions, and partners interested in the group’s media offerings and services. They will be expected to present and market the media solutions provided by INDUSTRICOM Group, which include magazines, digital platforms, and communication spaces. Furthermore, the role involves promoting the events, forums, and professional meetings organized by the group.

Sales representatives will prepare commercial proposals tailored to the identified needs of prospects, participate in negotiations, and guide clients through the conclusion of agreements. Regular follow-ups with prospects, clients, and various commercial opportunities are essential, as is the development of long-term relationships with advertisers and partner organizations. Ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing inquiries related to marketed services are also critical components of this role. In addition, candidates will be involved in loyalty initiatives and will propose tailored offers to meet the needs of existing clients. Achieving the sales targets set by management and providing regular activity reports, including meetings, completed sales, and commercial outlook, are expectations of the role. Keeping the information on prospects and clients updated in the group’s tracking tools is another crucial responsibility, along with contributing to the identification of new development opportunities in the industry, investment, and innovation sectors.

Desired Profile

Ideal candidates should possess a background in commerce, marketing, or a related field. Exceptional interpersonal skills and comfort in interactions with professional stakeholders are essential. Mastery of prospecting, negotiation, and persuasion techniques, combined with the ability to present commercial offers clearly and convincingly, is required. Candidates should demonstrate dynamism, perseverance, and a genuine interest in achieving commercial objectives. Autonomy in organizing meetings, following up with prospects, and managing priorities is essential, as is a meticulous approach to tracking commercial actions undertaken. A strong results-oriented attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction are necessary for success in this role. Teamwork with media, communication, and event departments is also vital. Previous experience in sales, prospecting, or commercial activities is advantageous, as is familiarity with the Moroccan industrial, economic, or media landscape.
