Investment Initiative in Moulay Yacoub
The Regional Investment Center of the Fès-Meknès region has officially announced the launch of a call for expressions of interest (AMI) aimed at selecting investors for the development of industrial projects within the "Miftah Al-Khayr" industrial zone, located in the Ain Chkef commune of the Moulay Yacoub province. This initiative is a strategic move to enhance the industrial landscape of the region and stimulate private sector investment.
The call for interest includes industrial plots ranging in size from 1,112 square meters to 2,499 square meters, with a set transfer price of 700 dirhams per square meter. This pricing strategy is designed to provide competitive industrial real estate options for project holders and to encourage industrial investment in the area.
According to the Regional Investment Center, this initiative is part of a broader effort to enhance the "Miftah Al-Khayr" industrial zone and to promote private investment within the Moulay Yacoub province. The goal is to offer industrial property that meets quality and competitiveness standards, thereby supporting job creation and bolstering the local industrial fabric.
Furthermore, the call for expressions of interest is open to both companies and individuals, as specified in the terms outlined in the specifications document available on the Regional Investment Center's website for the Fès-Meknès region. Interested parties are advised that the deadline for submitting applications is August 21.
