iTech BTP is currently on the lookout for seven part-time instructors who specialize in a variety of fields including management, information technology, communication, civil engineering, hydraulics, electromechanics, and road safety. The ideal candidates are expected to possess a robust professional background along with verified references in their respective areas of expertise.

Recognized by the Ministry of Professional Training and Employment, iTech BTP offers training programs related to building, public works, and civil engineering through various pathways such as specialized technician courses, professional licenses, European master's programs, and ongoing certifications. The institution prides itself on providing a structured learning environment located in the heart of Agdal, focusing on competency-based training that directly aligns with the demands of the job market.

Available Positions and Qualifications

The available positions and their respective qualifications are as follows:

  • Instructor in Personnel Development: Candidates must hold a PhD in Management or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience and a record of conducting a minimum of 2 referenced training sessions in personnel development and coaching. Proven experience in skills development and professional training is essential.
  • Instructor in Project Management: Applicants should possess a PhD in Management, Project Engineering, or an equivalent degree, along with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience and at least 2 referenced training experiences in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Instructor in Office Computing: A PhD in Computer Science or a related field is required, along with 10 years of experience and at least 2 referenced training sessions in office computing. Candidates should have solid experience in imparting skills related to IT and office tools.
  • Expert Instructor in Governance, Leadership, and Strategic Management of Road Safety: Candidates must hold a PhD or a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in transportation, road safety, civil engineering, or a related field, with at least 15 years of relevant experience and proven expertise in planning, designing, and auditing road safety infrastructure.
  • Expert Instructor in Communication and Project Management: A PhD in public communication, behavioral psychology, project management, or a related field is required, with at least 7 years of experience in training and confirmed references in the relevant areas. Strong communication and project management skills are necessary.
  • Expert Instructor in Civil Engineering or Hydraulics: Candidates should have confirmed expertise in civil engineering or hydraulics, with at least 15 years of professional experience and a proven track record in training.
  • Expert Instructor in Electromechanics: A confirmed expertise in electromechanics or a related field is required, along with at least 15 years of experience and proven experience in services related to hydromechanical and electromechanical equipment at dams.
