SOS Children's Villages Morocco is excited to announce the launch of a call for applications for various positions within its programs and structures. Below are the details regarding the available positions.

Available Positions

1. SOS Children's Village Program Manager (Dakhla)
Mission: The Program Manager will lead the SOS Children's Village, coordinating all activities within the village and ensuring its overall development. This role requires guiding the village and its team along a strategic path in alignment with the policies and values of SOS Children's Villages.

Profile:

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in social sciences, education, project management, or any relevant field.
  • Proven experience of at least five years in managing social, educational, or child protection programs.
  • Experience in a supervisory role for a minimum of three years.

2. Financial Manager (Casablanca)
Mission: To lead, secure, and optimize the overall financial management of the Association, in accordance with the strategy defined by the Operations Director and the National Management.

Profile:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management (Bac+4/Bac+5).
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in administrative and financial management, including confirmed managerial experience. Experience in a similar association is an asset.
  • Good knowledge of the Moroccan regulatory framework.

3. Partnership Manager (Casablanca)
Mission: To develop partnerships with businesses, public institutions, and other potential partners, participating in the development of the business plan and communication actions conducted by management.

Profile:

  • Degree in development or international relations, with at least Bac+4 education level.
  • At least three years of experience in a similar position.
  • Good command of English.
  • Proficient in computer applications and the Internet.

4. Social Assistant (Ait Ourir)
Mission: To prepare the admission of beneficiaries, ensuring the development of partnerships with community social services. The role also includes coordinating with the SOS mothers on-site, providing support and guidance to the SOS mother/nanny, and assisting in collaboration with the director.

Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3 or Bac+4) in law, sociology, or social work.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a similar organization.
