Ministry of Health Announces Recruitment for General Practitioners
The Ministry of Health and Social Protection, through the Regional Health Directorate of Marrakech-Safi, is set to hold a recruitment examination on Sunday, June 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM in Marrakech. This examination is aimed at hiring General Practitioners of the first grade to serve in the jurisdiction of the Youssoufia delegation, specifically in the emergency department of the provincial hospital of Lalla Hasna. A total of five positions are available, with 25% of these positions reserved for individuals classified as resistance fighters, national guardians, veterans, or former military personnel, and an additional 7% allocated for individuals with disabilities.
Eligible candidates must be Moroccan nationals aged between 18 and 45 as of January 1 of the current year and must possess a Doctorate in General Medicine or an equivalent qualification recognized by current regulations. The written test will consist of direct questions or multiple-choice questions relevant to the required specialty, with scores ranging from 0 to 20. Any candidate scoring 5 or below will be disqualified. The successful candidates will be selected based on merit, with a minimum score of 10 required to be placed on the eligibility list.
Application Process for Candidates
To participate in the examination, candidates must follow these steps:
- Online Registration: Candidates must complete the information form specific to their degree on the Ministry of Health's website, www.sante.gov.ma, by no later than Wednesday, June 17, 2026. Applications must be submitted through the designated electronic platform on the Ministry's website, with the final deadline for submission set at 4:30 PM (16:30) on June 17, 2026. Any application submitted after this date will not be considered.
The application file must include the following documents:
- A copy of the original Doctorate in General Medicine or an equivalent qualification, accompanied by a copy of the equivalence decision.
- A copy of the biometric national identity card.
- A registration certificate in the disability lists (for candidates with disabilities).
- A copy of the certificate confirming the status of a resistance fighter, national guardian, veteran, or former military personnel (for those who qualify).
- A permit to take the examination for employed candidates, issued by the employing administration.
