To qualify for this role, candidates should have a Bac+5 qualification, preferably from a business school or a relevant field such as Management. A solid track record of at least six years in profit center management is essential, with a preference for those who have experience in the retail sector. Previous roles as a Store Manager or Department Head with significant managerial and operational responsibilities are highly desirable.
