The esteemed Kenzi Hotels Group is currently seeking to expand its workforce in Casablanca by hiring Food & Beverage Controllers and Receiving Controllers. To strengthen its financial and operational teams, Kenzi Hotels Group is looking for profiles capable of overseeing restaurant activities and managing the reception of goods.
Roles and Responsibilities
Food & Beverage Controller:
- Oversee the operations related to the Food and Beverage activities of the establishment.
- Ensure compliance with consumption, stock exits, and sales records.
- Monitor the costs of raw materials used by the various dining outlets.
- Participate in tracking performance ratios, discrepancies, and F&B performance indicators.
- Verify the coherence between sales, consumption, and stock movements.
- Identify anomalies and report them to the relevant managers.
- Assist in periodic inventories of food and beverage products.
- Prepare control reports and necessary activity monitoring reports.
- Collaborate with the restaurant, kitchen, accounting, and management control teams.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures related to purchases, stocks, and consumption.
Receiving Controller:
- Inspect goods received by the establishment.
- Verify the compliance of deliveries with purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Check the quantities, quality, and condition of the received products.
- Confirm references, prices, and accompanying documents with deliveries.
- Report discrepancies, non-compliant products, or damaged goods.
- Participate in the administrative tracking of receptions and record operations.
- Ensure the transmission of documents to the concerned services.
- Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, accounting, and operational departments.
- Ensure adherence to internal receiving and storage procedures.
- Contribute to the reliability of information regarding incoming goods.
