Judicial Mediation Scandal in Marrakech Leads to Arrest

Following this revelation, the public prosecutor initiated contact with the judicial police, who subsequently arrested the suspect, a man in his thirties from Kenitra, last Friday while he was allegedly in the act of committing these offenses. He has since been placed under provisional detention as the investigation, directed by the public prosecutor, seeks to uncover further details and potential accomplices involved in this criminal activity.
The suspect is expected to be brought before an investigative judge for further inquiry before facing trial for the charges against him.
