Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
In response to its operational needs in Casablanca, LabelVie Carrefour is seeking Store Managers to ensure business development, commercial activity, and profitability monitoring in line with the brand's defined strategy. The role requires a solid understanding of on-ground challenges, operational management, and performance metrics. Key responsibilities include ensuring product assortment availability, applying merchandising rules specific to the operational format, and guaranteeing effective product showcasing in sales areas. Additionally, Store Managers will oversee stock management, supervise product reception, ensure smooth checkout operations, participate in market competition analysis, and maintain store hygiene standards.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bac+3 or higher in commerce, management, or a related field, with at least six years of experience in a management role within the retail sector. They should demonstrate strong capabilities in driving commercial and operational activities, managing stock levels, merchandising, and ensuring customer satisfaction. A rigorous, organized approach, strong sense of responsibility, and results-oriented mindset are essential, along with the ability to motivate teams and support the store's commercial dynamics.
