LAPHAMEK, a burgeoning pharmaceutical laboratory, is actively seeking Medical Delegates in seven strategic cities across Morocco, namely Nador, Oujda, Tangier, Kenitra, Rabat, Fez, and Marrakech. Roles and Responsibilities

The appointed Medical Delegates will be responsible for increasing the visibility of LAPHAMEK's products among healthcare professionals in their designated regions. Their duties will encompass:

  • Promoting the laboratory's products to the medical and pharmaceutical community.
  • Ensuring comprehensive coverage of target markets within the assigned territories.
  • Contributing to sales growth and enhancing the laboratory's image.
  • Participating in the execution of marketing action plans.
  • Engaging in commercial activities as outlined by LAPHAMEK.

Candidates should possess a higher education background and exhibit qualities conducive to commercial roles and medical visits. Specifically, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • A minimum of a Bac+3 degree in Sciences, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Additional training in medical visits is considered a strong asset.
  • A proven track record in medical sales is advantageous, along with experience in the commercial sector.
  • Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal abilities are essential.
  • Organizational skills, autonomy, and diligence are highly valued.
  • A collaborative spirit and results-oriented mindset are necessary.
  • A valid driving license (B category) is mandatory.
  • Possession of a personal vehicle in good condition is required.
