Available Positions and Responsibilities
LEONI is looking to hire for the following roles:
- Specialist NPP Procurement – Agadir: This role involves managing the procurement of non-productive parts necessary for industrial operations. Candidates should have a Master's degree in purchasing, supply chain, logistics, or a related field, with 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial purchasing.
- Specialist Operational Excellence – Agadir: This position focuses on driving continuous improvement initiatives and industrial performance. Applicants should hold a Bac+5 in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a similar discipline and possess knowledge of Lean methodologies.
- TL Operations Quality – Agadir: The role entails overseeing quality activities during sampling and pre-production phases. Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years of experience in the automotive industry and a degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
- TL Customer Demand Planning – Casablanca: This position is responsible for managing customer demand and production planning within the factory. Candidates should have a degree in industrial logistics or supply chain management with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the field.
- Launch Manager – Bouznika: This role involves leading and supervising industrial projects from launch to implementation. Applicants should have a Master's degree in engineering or business administration and at least 5 years of experience in project management, with familiarity in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
