The Management Controller will report directly to the Head of Management Control, working closely with Marjane City stores to monitor their performance indicators, analyze results, and provide operational teams with the necessary tools to drive performance.   • Developing and implementing reporting and management tools specifically for Marjane City stores.
  • Facilitating the understanding and utilization of various management tools among relevant teams.
  • Deploying simulation tools, reporting packages, and necessary support materials for performance tracking.
  • Analyzing the performance of assigned stores and monitoring key profitability indicators while identifying discrepancies.
  • Proposing corrective actions aimed at enhancing the economic performance of the stores.
  • Supporting Store Managers in tracking and analyzing their activities.
  • Providing insights that enable operational teams to understand performance variations better.
  • Participating in cross-functional projects related to management process improvements.
  • Contributing to the evolution of profitability management methods and tools.
  • Ensuring rigorous oversight of data used in analyses and reporting.

Ideal candidates for this role should hold a Master’s degree in Management or a related field and possess 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in management control or a pertinent operational function. A strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret performance indicators swiftly are essential.
