Marrakech Municipal Council Initiates Significant Sports Project
The Marrakech Municipal Council has officially launched an important sports initiative in the Al-Houmdani neighborhood of the Gueliz district, which involves the construction of two artificial turf sports fields. This project aims to enhance sports infrastructure and bring essential services closer to the community.
In this context, Deputy Mayor Mohamed Idrissi, accompanied by the technical team, conducted a field visit to the project site to assess the progress of the construction and ensure that it adheres to the established technical standards and specifications. This visit also served as an opportunity to emphasize the importance of adhering to the designated timeline, which is crucial for delivering the project within the scheduled timeframe. This will enable the local population, particularly the youth, to benefit from modern and free sports facilities that encourage athletic participation and foster social integration.
This initiative aligns with the council's vision of developing local infrastructure and improving living conditions within neighborhoods by providing sports facilities that meet the community's expectations and support social dynamics. Through such projects, the council aims to promote a healthier lifestyle and strengthen community ties.
