Marrakech Enhances Awareness of Food Safety Regulations
In a significant initiative aimed at improving public awareness regarding food safety, the National Office for Food Safety (ONSSA) in Marrakech-Safi organized an informative meeting as part of its Open Doors Week program. This event took place at the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Services in Marrakech, presided over by the regional director of ONSSA, and brought together professionals, consumer protection association representatives, and various institutional partners. The meeting served as a platform to highlight the legal and regulatory frameworks surrounding food safety, emphasizing the responsibilities of different stakeholders within the production, storage, and distribution chain.
