The Primary Court in Marrakech has handed down a six-month prison sentence to the son of a lawyer, stemming from a tragic traffic accident that occurred in the Agmat region of Al Haouz. This unfortunate incident resulted in the loss of life of a municipal employee who was working within the same community. In addition to the prison sentence, the court also imposed a financial penalty amounting to 13,300 dirhams. The defendant has been ordered to bear the costs associated with the case, further emphasizing the legal ramifications associated with such incidents.
