Meknes Hosts Regional Forum for Educational and Vocational Guidance
On April 3, 2026, the city of Meknes launched the Regional Forum for Educational, Vocational, and University Guidance, organized by the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of National Education, Preschool, and Sports. This event took place in collaboration with the Moroccan Association for Educational Guidance and Planning Professionals, Meknes branch, under the theme: "Educational Guidance as a Supportive Lever for Learners' Personal Projects." The forum was held at the covered hall of the municipal sports complex over two days, April 3 and 4, 2026.
The opening ceremony was presided over by the Governor of Meknes, alongside the Director of the Regional Academy for Education and Training for the Fez-Meknes region, and Mohamed Khlil, the regional director of the ministry in Meknes. Several regional officials, media representatives, and civil society organizations attended the event, which also saw significant participation from students and their parents.
This forum provided an excellent opportunity for the official delegation to tour various booths set up by participating educational institutions, universities, and training centers. Attendees were able to review detailed presentations offered by these institutions, which covered study and training pathways, as well as the conditions and procedures for accessing them.
