Key Responsibilities and Requirements
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing payroll for a diverse client base, handling administrative tasks related to personnel, ensuring compliance with social and tax declarations (including CNSS, CIMR, and taxes), and providing HR guidance and support to clients. Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree (Bac +3 or Bac +5) in management or human resources, along with at least two years of relevant experience in a similar role. Proficiency in standard office software, strong organizational skills, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential for success in this position.
