In a parallel move, the Moroccan Organization for Human Rights has reached out to the Spanish ambassador in Rabat, expressing deep concern over the treatment of individuals attempting to cross into Ceuta. They have highlighted alarming reports and testimonies of migrants facing racial and physical assaults, including the burning of makeshift shelters and obstruction of humanitarian aid efforts. Such actions are deemed serious violations of human rights principles and international obligations regarding the protection of migrants and asylum seekers.
