Moroccan Royal Federation of Petanque Announces General Assembly Date
The provisional committee responsible for managing the Moroccan Royal Federation of Petanque has officially announced the schedule for its upcoming general assembly, which will take place on Saturday, September 12, starting at 11 AM. The event will be hosted in the meeting room of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Services of the Marrakech-Safi region. This significant institutional occasion will see the participation of regional league presidents and legally recognized associations, all of whom have been formally invited to attend.
The agenda for this assembly will focus on verifying the legal quorum necessary for the meeting, appointing vote inspectors, and subsequently electing a new president along with members of the executive board. Additionally, an independent auditor will be designated, along with the heads of disciplinary bodies within the federation. Participants will also review the anticipated annual work program and establish the annual membership fee. Furthermore, they will discuss the acceptance of new members and consider proposals submitted up to five days prior to the assembly date. The proceedings are set to conclude with the recitation of a loyalty message addressed to His Majesty King Mohammed VI.
