Under the framework of its national strategy, Morocco continues to advance its industrial property sector, guided by a detailed roadmap set forth by OMPIC. This strategy is aimed at bolstering innovation and industrial property, expediting the digital transformation of services, and enhancing the capabilities of businesses, researchers, universities, and startups. The outcomes from 2025 illustrate a robust trajectory for Morocco's industrial property sector; applications for trademarks, industrial designs, and patents have shown a consistent upward trend, with OMPIC achieving a remarkable digitization rate of its services that exceeds 95%.
