Additional facilities include a conference hall, a library, various shops, and restaurants, all designed to cater to the needs of both residents and visitors alike.
This architectural marvel is constructed with a seismic and flood-resistant foundation that extends 60 meters underground, providing a robust buffer against winds and vibrations.
