Expressing pride in Morocco's election to the vice-presidency of the Congress as a representative of the African Group, Farhane noted that this trust reflects the country’s unwavering commitment to its African continent. He also affirmed Morocco's complete alignment with the spirit of the Abu Dhabi Declaration, stressing that in an era marked by rapid transformations and evolving crime dynamics, the critical question is no longer merely how to combat crime, but rather what kind of justice we aspire to build for the future.
