Morocco's Active Role in the Youth Forum Festival
From September 8 to 13, 2025, the Kingdom of Morocco, represented by the Ministry of Youth, Culture, and Communication (Youth Department), participated in the ninth edition of the Sino-African Youth Forum Festival held in Beijing and Qinghai Province. This event showcased a diverse program that included visits to historical sites as well as significant scientific, economic, environmental, and cultural activities. Participants had the unique opportunity to engage with the local academic community through meetings with educators and students from the Qinghai Nationalities University.
This involvement is part of Morocco's strategy to enhance the visibility of its youth on the international stage while promoting intercultural dialogue and the exchange of experiences. Such initiatives are essential in supporting sustainable development and fostering innovation among young people. The festival serves as a platform for Moroccan youth to engage with their counterparts across Africa and China, thereby broadening their perspectives and cultivating a sense of global citizenship.
