Morocco's Weather Forecast: Rising Temperatures with Marrakech Surpassing 40 Degrees

Hot Weather Expected Across Morocco

According to the forecasts from the General Directorate of Meteorology, hot weather conditions are set to continue in several regions of Morocco tomorrow, Monday, with noticeable differences in temperatures between the inland areas and coastal regions. The highest temperatures are expected in Oussard, where the mercury will reach a scorching 43 degrees Celsius, followed closely by Marrakech at 41 degrees. Many inland and eastern cities will also see temperatures exceeding the 35-degree mark.

In contrast, the coastal areas are expected to enjoy more moderate weather, particularly in cities like Agadir, Casablanca, and Dakhla, where the maximum temperatures will remain in the mid-twenties. The anticipated temperature variations highlight the ongoing thermal disparity between coastal cities and inland regions, with the southeast and internal plains expected to experience hotter conditions during the afternoon hours.

Temperature Forecast for Monday

The expected minimum and maximum temperatures for Monday indicate that the thermal gap between coastal and inland cities will persist. As the day progresses, the weather is likely to become significantly warmer, particularly in the southeastern regions and the internal plains during the midday period.
