Available Positions and Requirements

The company is currently inviting applications for the following roles:

  • NesTalent Trainee, Corporate Communications: This role is part of the accelerated development program, NesTalent, which is designed to provide young graduates with comprehensive exposure through rotations and assignments within Nestlé’s teams across the Middle East and North Africa. The 24-month program ensures permanent integration as a Nestlé employee. Candidates should be recent graduates with a degree in business administration, communication, or a related field, and must possess strong interpersonal skills, fluency in Arabic, French, and English, and an eagerness to learn.
  • Assistant Manager, Sales: This position focuses on driving sales within the Food Services sector, including hotels, restaurants, and catering companies. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in commerce or a related field and have 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in the HORECA sector. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in both French and English, and a customer-centric approach are essential.
  • NesTalent Trainee, Human Resources: This opportunity is tailored for recent graduates aspiring to build a career in HR through progressive experience in various teams. Candidates should have a degree in business administration or human resources, excellent academic records, and a genuine interest in HR practices.
  • Assistant Manager, Quality Management: This role involves ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards across production sites. A degree in engineering or food sciences and a minimum of two years of experience in quality management are required. Candidates should be adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams and possess a deep understanding of quality assurance programs.

All selected candidates will benefit from a permanent position, a structured development pathway over 24 months, and exposure to various training programs. Nestlé also offers flexible working hours and hybrid or remote work options based on organizational requirements.
