According to the final results of the call for tenders numbered 124/26/EAU, initiated by the Marrakech-Safi regional multi-service company as the project owner, the contract pertains to the relocation of drinking water networks that will be affected by the high-speed train line development in the Marrakech region. The public procurement portal indicates that the estimated cost of these works has been set at approximately 20.27 million dirhams, inclusive of taxes.

The tendering process has determined the actual value of the works at 19,080,091.20 dirhams, which also includes taxes. This step is crucial as it precedes the completion of the necessary infrastructure improvements required for the high-speed train to traverse the Marrakech area. The requirements of the Kenitra-Marrakech project extend beyond just the railway construction; they necessitate the reorganization of several existing networks that intersect with the new installations, including water, electricity, and sewage systems.
