The leadership changes also included the assignment of two security officials to lead the regional intervention unit and the tourism police at the regional security level in Nador, one of which was established to commemorate the Throne Day, reflecting the commitment of the General Directorate of National Security to continue its integrated strategy aimed at enhancing the efficiency and readiness of its units, ensuring immediate responses and proactive measures against various challenges.

Moreover, the appointments also encompassed placing security officials at the helm of additional decentralized public security services and police administrative management in cities such as Marrakech, Al Hoceima, Tangier, Beni Mellal, Ben Guerir, Oujda, Casablanca, Laayoune, and Safi.
