Nexus Core Systems and the Moroccan Government Collaborate on Major AI Initiative
Nexus Core Systems has officially entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with several key governmental bodies in Morocco, including the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform, the Ministry of Investment, Convergence and Public Policy Evaluation, and the Moroccan Agency for Investment and Export Development (AMDIE). This significant partnership aims to establish an advanced artificial intelligence (AI) factory with an estimated investment of MAD 12 billion. The agreement was formalized during the Gitex Africa 2026 event, which took place from April 7 to April 9 in Marrakech, marking a pivotal moment for the region's technological landscape.
