The National Office of Railways (ONCF) is on the lookout for 13 Project Managers to join their dynamic team in Rabat, under a permanent contract (CDI). This opportunity is tailored for junior professionals holding a State Engineer diploma in Electrical Engineering, who are eager to advance their careers in the management and oversight of railway projects. Established by Dahir n°1-63-225 on August 5, 1963, ONCF is a public institution of an industrial and commercial nature, enjoying financial autonomy. The organization is responsible for the railway transport of passengers and goods, manages the national rail network, develops new lines, and contributes to sustainable mobility and the logistical integration of the Kingdom.

As part of this recruitment drive, ONCF seeks to strengthen its project activities with 13 Project Manager roles, which will involve regular travel. The key responsibilities for these positions include operational monitoring, project data analysis, and coordination with various stakeholders. Successful candidates will be expected to contribute to the progress tracking of projects, ensure compliance with deadlines, prepare progress reports, consolidate and analyze technical, financial, planning, and risk data, monitor performance indicators, and propose improvement actions. Additionally, they will play a vital role in identifying and managing project risks and enhancing project management tools and processes.

Candidate Profile and Application Process

The ideal candidates must possess strong technical skills, analytical abilities, and a well-developed organizational sense. Specifically, applicants should hold a State Engineer diploma in Electrical Engineering and have a junior profile with some desirable experience. Technical knowledge in the field, problem identification and resolution skills, strong analytical and synthesis capabilities, and proficiency in written and verbal communication are essential. Familiarity with computer tools, particularly Excel and project management software, is required, along with an innovative mindset, rigor in responsibilities, autonomy, and effective collaboration skills. Candidates should also be adaptable and capable of prioritizing tasks.

This position offers a CDI contract status as an executive, with a start date in Rabat. Applications must be submitted exclusively through the ONCF's dedicated platform.
