As a Telebanker, your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries and requests related to banking services, ensuring that clients receive accurate and timely responses while adhering to high-quality service standards. Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, providing detailed information about banking products and services, addressing customer complaints, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues effectively. You will also be expected to maintain meticulous records of client interactions in the customer relationship management system.

What We Are Looking For

To qualify for this role, candidates should possess at least a Bac+2 level education and a minimum of one year of experience in a customer service position. Experience in the banking or insurance industry is highly desirable. Strong communication skills in both French and Arabic are essential, along with the ability to manage stressful situations, proactively identify and resolve problems, and demonstrate a strong customer-oriented attitude. A positive and empathetic demeanor in client interactions, along with exemplary attendance, will set you apart as a candidate.
