The Regional Multi-Service Company (SRM) of Casablanca-Settat has embarked on an ambitious recruitment plan for the year 2026, aiming to fill over 1,000 job positions across the region. This initiative marks the second year of SRM's operations and is designed to enhance the company's capabilities in critical areas including drinking water supply, electricity, and liquid sanitation. The recruitment plan focuses on various operational aspects such as engineering, maintenance, customer relations, and support functions. The purpose of this extensive hiring campaign is to equip the SRM with the necessary human resources to meet the increasing demands for performance, service quality, and proximity, all while supporting the modernization of regional infrastructure.
Bouchra Nhaïli, the Human Capital Director at SRM Casablanca-Settat, emphasized the importance of this recruitment initiative, stating, "We have developed a new recruitment plan characterized by transparency and professionalism, ensuring the attraction of qualified profiles that align with our values and challenges." She further highlighted the necessity for new competencies in various operational areas including technical functions and support roles, indicating that the new hires will significantly bolster both provincial and central management capabilities, ultimately enhancing customer service in the region.
Job Profiles and Application Process
The recruitment efforts for 2026 will encompass all prefectures and provinces within the Casablanca-Settat region, including Casablanca, Mohammedia, Nouaceur, Médiouna, Benslimane, El Jadida, Sidi Bennour, Settat, and Berrechid. The company is seeking a diverse range of profiles, covering skills in engineering, operations, maintenance, customer relations, and support functions. This initiative aims to strengthen teams both in the field and at the central, prefectural, and provincial levels.
