Her remarkable journey culminated in a decisive victory over Ukrainian Anhelina Kalinina, who is ranked 89th, in the final of the clay court tournament held in Rabat. The match, which lasted just 46 minutes, saw Kalinina retire when trailing 6-2, 3-0, indicating the one-sided nature of the contest.
Marčinko started the match with a bang, breaking Kalinina's serve early to establish a commanding 3-0 lead. She continued to dominate, extending her advantage to 5-1 after securing a second break.
