Predator Oil & Gas Initiates MOU-6 Well Operations
On September 19, 2026, Predator Oil & Gas commenced drilling operations for the MOU-6 well located in Morocco. The drilling program is anticipated to extend over a period of 20 days, marking a significant step for the company as it expands its operational footprint in the region. This initiative follows an amendment to the rig contract with Intrepid Drilling, which was finalized in late July, ensuring that Rig 101 would be engaged at the MOU-6 site from August 1 to October 1, 2026. Prior to this, the rig was temporarily stationed at the MOU-5 well site.
MOU-6 is set to be the inaugural well in a broader drilling campaign that spans both Morocco and Trinidad. Following the completion of operations at MOU-6, Predator plans to advance to the Snowcap-3 well, which is situated onshore in Trinidad.
