Overview of Available Positions
The CE Marking Officer will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance by monitoring regulations such as the MDR and MDCG guidelines, maintaining CE marking technical files, and managing relationships with notified bodies. This role requires a scientific background, preferably a Bac+3 to Bac+5 in biology, chemistry, or a related field, along with expertise in the European MDR 2017/745 regulation.
Debt Collection Officers will focus on analyzing payment deadlines, following up on overdue payments with both the sales teams and clients, and ensuring timely collection of client payments. Candidates should possess at least a Bac+2 in management, accounting, or similar fields, alongside a minimum of two years of relevant experience in collections.
The Debt Collection Manager will liaise with the financial director, overseeing regular tracking of payments, analyzing client portfolio risks, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Candidates must have a Bac+4/5 in management or finance and a minimum of ten years of experience in a similar role.
The Regulatory Affairs Officer is tasked with managing the registration of medical devices with health authorities, ensuring document compliance, and staying updated on regulatory changes. This position requires a Bac+3 to Bac+5 in pharmacy, biology, or regulatory affairs, along with knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Lastly, the Industrial Management Controller will collaborate closely with the industrial management team to implement analytical accounting modules, optimize production costs, and prepare budgets. Candidates for this role should have a Bac+5 in management control or a related discipline, with at least two years of experience in an industrial setting.
