Proorga Consulting is actively seeking two Senior AI professionals to join their team in Casablanca for freelance roles. These positions are designed for experts who can contribute to strategic GenAI projects within a regulated banking environment, with immediate start dates available.
As a specialized consulting firm, Proorga Consulting supports organizations in their digital transformation and operational optimization initiatives. The firm collaborates with large enterprises and financial institutions both in Morocco and internationally, addressing complex digital programs, advanced IT environments, and projects managed through Agile methodologies.
Currently, Proorga Consulting is looking to fill two critical positions within their AI Factory located in Casablanca: a Senior AI Engineer and a Senior AI Architect, both for renewable three-month freelance contracts.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Senior AI Engineer will play a key role in deploying initial strategic AI use cases within a demanding banking environment, focusing on security, performance, compliance, and industrialization. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and industrializing robust LLM solutions integrated into the banking information system. Candidates should have 4 to 7 years of software development experience, with at least 18 months working on GenAI or LLM projects in production. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with tools like LangGraph or LangChain, as well as experience with APIs, microservices, and complex information systems, are essential.
On the other hand, the Senior AI Architect will be responsible for defining and guiding the target AI architecture, emphasizing scalability, security, governance, and integration with banking systems. Applicants should possess 6 or more years of experience in software architecture or information systems architecture, with a solid background in API security and complex information systems. Leadership qualities and excellent communication skills are critical for success in this role.
Both positions require candidates who are ready to contribute to a multi-year Agile program within a technology-driven banking environment characterized by high regulatory, organizational, and technological demands.
