Rabat Hosts the Morocco - BAL Coaches Clinic
The Royal Moroccan Basketball Federation has officially inaugurated the "Morocco – BAL Coaches Clinic" in Rabat, a significant initiative conducted in collaboration with the Basketball Africa League and the International Basketball Federation. This event coincides with the ongoing BAL tournament taking place in the capital, marking a crucial step in the development of basketball coaching in the region.
Held at the Ibn Yassine Hall, this training session brings together numerous national coaches and technical staff, all eager to enhance their skills and align with the evolving demands of modern basketball. The program runs until May 1, 2026, covering essential topics such as offensive and defensive identity, scouting techniques, game analysis, and an introduction to advanced video analysis.
International experts, including Victor Samnick, Wilfried Assembe, and Emmanuel Mavomo, are leading the training, providing invaluable insights to the participants as highlighted in the federation's announcement regarding this educational workshop.
