On March 20, 2026, the General Directorate of Meteorology (DGM) released its latest reports detailing the rainfall levels across various regions over the past 24 hours. The data highlights significant variations in precipitation, reflecting the diverse climatic conditions experienced in different areas. For instance, Sidi Bennour recorded the highest rainfall at 33 millimeters, followed closely by Immouzzer-Idda Outanane with 30 millimeters. Other notable measurements include El Jadida and Casablanca, each receiving 28 millimeters of rain, while Tanger experienced 23 millimeters.

In addition, Nouasser saw 22 millimeters, Mohammadia reported 17 millimeters, and Tit-Mellil witnessed 15 millimeters of rainfall. The coastal city of Essaouira recorded 13 millimeters at the airport and 12 millimeters at the port, along with Chefchaouen, which also received 12 millimeters. Further down the scale, Tétouan and Ben Slimane reported 10 millimeters each, while Tanger port noted only 8 millimeters. Other regions such as Sidi Slimane, Rabat, and Agadir-Inezgane experienced 5 millimeters, with Salé, Nador, Meknès, and Kénitra recording 4 millimeters. Areas like Tan-Tan, Settat, and Larache received just 2 millimeters, and Agadir-Aït Melloul saw a minimal 1 millimeter. Interestingly, Sidi Ifni reported less than a millimeter of rainfall, demonstrating the uneven distribution of precipitation across the regions.
