Substantial Increase in Sales and Revenue
Résidences Dar Saada has demonstrated a remarkable acceleration in its operations during the first half of 2026. The company has reported pre-sales reaching **16,168 units**, a significant leap from the **1,132 units** recorded in the same period of 2025. This surge can largely be attributed to new agreements established under the housing relocation program in Marrakech. Signed in February, these agreements encompass **over 15,400 units**, with **7,650 units** allocated to Résidences Dar Saada and **7,773 units** assigned to its affiliated entity, Résidences Dar Saada X, which is set to be incorporated into the consolidation framework in 2026.
In terms of consolidated revenue, the company has reported a figure of **202 million dirhams (MDH)**, reflecting a **25%** increase from **162 MDH** in the first half of 2025. This impressive growth underscores the company’s strategic initiatives and effective project management.
Ongoing Projects and Future Prospects
In Casablanca, the group has successfully completed **6,000 units**, which constitutes **60%** of the properties allocated to it under the housing relocation program. The remaining units are progressing in accordance with the planned timeline, with initial deliveries anticipated in the latter half of 2026. Currently, Résidences Dar Saada has **14,500 units** in production, following the completion of over **2,600 units** in the second quarter. Notably, the semester has also seen the launch of **5,000 units**, marking the first phase of the Marrakech relocation program.
The company emphasizes the visibility provided by its project portfolio, with the Marrakech and Casablanca agreements totaling **26,000 units**, securing approximately **6.5 billion dirhams** in revenue. Additionally, there is a project comprising **7,500 units** in Sub-Saharan Africa, valued at **3 billion dirhams**, alongside a mixed-use project of **7,400 units** in Beni Mellal, which holds a potential revenue of **2 billion dirhams**. Consequently, Résidences Dar Saada estimates its **overall revenue potential in development to be 12.5 billion dirhams**, of which **7.5 billion dirhams** has already been pre-sold and is set to be realized over the next three fiscal years.
On the financial front, the group has repaid **340 MDH** of financial debts excluding interest during the semester. However, the total debt, including IFRS 16 lease contracts and excluding cash, stands at **1.93 billion dirhams** as of the end of June, up from **1.78 billion dirhams** at the end of December 2025. The resolution of the securitization operation has also progressed, with a partial repayment of **293 MDH** in June following the sale of land held by FT Olympe. The group continues to pursue efforts to finalize the liquidation of this operation. Notably, there have been no land acquisitions during the first half of 2026.
