RMA Expands Its Network with a New Center in Marrakech

Originally launched in 2021, the RMA Services initiative represents an innovative approach within the Moroccan insurance market. It provides policyholders with a single point of contact for all matters related to auto claims, thereby streamlining the process significantly. The model includes comprehensive handling of claims, the possibility of on-site compensation, and an integrated glass repair workshop. Every step of the process is centralized, ranging from the initial claim notification to the return of the repaired vehicle, with the goal of simplifying procedures, reducing processing times, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

The RMA Services initiative currently boasts impressive results, achieving an overall customer satisfaction rate of 90%. This success is attributed to the centralization of claims management steps, the reduction of points of contact, and the optimization of processing times, which is particularly critical in sensitive situations.
