This new facility is dedicated to the comprehensive management of automobile claims, offering a centralized process that covers everything from the initial declaration of a claim to the vehicle's repair, including compensation and on-site services. This innovative approach, which was launched in 2021, aims to simplify the procedures for policyholders, boasting an impressive satisfaction rate of 90%. RMA is committed to strengthening its customer proximity and has confirmed its ambition to gradually expand this service across the entire Kingdom of Morocco.
