Royal Air Maroc, the national airline of Morocco, is making significant strides in enhancing air connectivity with Europe by launching new flight routes. According to a report from the French travel website, 'Business Travel', these new European destinations represent a crucial part of the airline's expansion strategy, solidifying its position within the European market.
Recently, Royal Air Maroc has expanded its European network by introducing several new routes, including a direct flight between Lille and Casablanca, which commenced operations on July 3rd. This new route operates twice weekly, every Monday and Friday, and is designed to cater specifically to the needs of the Moroccan community residing in northern France. Additionally, it facilitates connections to various destinations within Morocco and Africa, including Agadir, Dakhla, Abidjan, Cotonou, Bamako, Douala, Libreville, and Niamey through Casablanca's air hub.
With the introduction of this new Lille-Casablanca route, Royal Air Maroc continues to reinforce its presence in France, where it already operates flights to Nantes, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Marseille, Nice, and Lyon, as well as Brussels in Belgium and Geneva in Switzerland. Furthermore, the expansion of the airline's European network is exemplified by the opening of a route to Verona, which has now become the eighth destination in Italy for the airline, alongside Rome, Milan, Bologna, Naples, Catania, Turin, and Venice. Bilbao has also been added as the ninth Spanish destination, joining Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Alicante, Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Malaga, and Seville in Royal Air Maroc's offerings.
