Royal Air Maroc Welcomes New Aircraft to Its Fleet
Royal Air Maroc has recently enhanced its fleet with the addition of a sixth Boeing 737-8, as announced in a press release dated October 5, 2026. This acquisition marks the completion of deliveries from the Aviation Capital Group (ACG) for the year 2026, reinforcing the airline's commitment to modernizing and expanding its aircraft lineup. Over the past six months, Royal Air Maroc has received these six aircraft, which will play a pivotal role in supporting its operational growth and fleet renewal initiatives.
Carter A. White, the Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of ACG, expressed pride in the successful delivery, emphasizing the collaborative effort involved. He stated, “With this latest delivery, ACG has delivered six 737-8 aircraft to Royal Air Maroc within a span of six months, a remarkable achievement for all teams involved. We are proud to support the airline's current fleet renewal and development projects and wish them great success with these new aircraft.”
ACG, established in 1989, specializes in the leasing of commercial aircraft and provides asset management services in the aviation sector. The company is wholly owned by Tokyo Century Corporation, a well-known Japanese group. The partnership between Royal Air Maroc and ACG signifies a strategic move towards enhancing the airline's operational capabilities and overall service delivery.
