Royal Air Maroc Resumes Flights to Doha and Dubai Starting July 2026

Royal Air Maroc Expands Routes to the Middle East

Royal Air Maroc, Morocco's national airline, is set to enhance its operational footprint in the Middle East with the resumption of two vital routes from Casablanca, commencing in July 2026. As per information disseminated through the Civil Aviation Media Center and corroborated by various specialized sources, the airline will reinstate its flights to Doha and Dubai, aiming to strengthen connectivity between North Africa and the Gulf region.

Beginning on July 1, 2026, the Casablanca-Doha route will be operational with a daily flight service. Just a few days later, on July 3, the Casablanca-Dubai route will also be reinstated, offering three flights each week. These routes will be serviced by the state-of-the-art Boeing 787-8 aircraft, which are renowned for their long-haul capabilities and are currently utilized by the airline for its intercontinental flights.

Reinforcing North Africa and Gulf Traffic

This strategic move comes at a time when airlines worldwide are gradually redeploying their international capacities, with numerous previously suspended routes being reintroduced. According to data from the Arab Air Carriers Organization (AACO), these new flight schedules are part of a broader initiative to solidify traffic links between North Africa and the Gulf, driven by the resurgence of tourism and economic exchanges in the region. The AACO acts as a regional organization that encompasses several Arab airlines and is headquartered in Beirut, Lebanon. This development reflects not only Royal Air Maroc's commitment to expanding its international services but also the growing demand for travel between these key regions.
