Ryanair Launches New Flights to Agadir from Nuremberg

The Albrecht Dürer Airport in Nuremberg is set to expand its flight offerings in collaboration with Ryanair, the Irish low-cost airline. Starting with the upcoming winter flight schedule, Ryanair will introduce Agadir, a coastal city in Morocco, as a new destination. Following the introduction of flights to Rabat, Agadir becomes the second location in the North African kingdom served by Ryanair, providing travelers from the metropolitan region with appealing options for cultural, nature, and leisure trips, particularly during the winter months.

Agadir enjoys mild temperatures and boasts over 300 sunny days each year, making it a favored getaway from November to March. Instead of traditional beach vacations, visitors can engage in long walks along the Atlantic coastline, enjoy rounds of golf under the clear blue sky, or embark on excursions to the diverse landscapes of southern Morocco. Agadir is also recognized as an ideal starting point for tours across Morocco, with day trips to Marrakech being especially popular. The vibrant city, accessible in approximately three hours by car, captivates visitors with its colorful souks, magnificent palaces, and the legendary Djemaa el Fna square where street performers entertain.

Marcel Pouchain Meyer, Country Manager and Head of Communications for the DACH region at Ryanair, expressed enthusiasm about the new winter destination: “We are delighted to offer Agadir as an attractive new winter destination from Nuremberg, providing our guests with even more choices at the usual low Ryanair fares. Flights to Agadir will operate every Monday and Saturday and can be booked through Ryanair's booking channels.
