The regional multi-service company Marrakech – Safi has announced a scheduled power outage expected to occur on Tuesday, June 9. This outage is a result of planned maintenance work on the electricity distribution network, which will temporarily affect several areas within the Marrakech province.
The company specified that the outage will primarily impact the Harbil community, particularly in the area associated with "PT Réseau N°4/1 tranche 4 Ilot I." Maintenance work is set to commence at 9 AM and is anticipated to last for approximately seven hours.
Additionally, some regions in the Taselant community will also experience outages, specifically affecting several customer service stations and nearby centers. The planned maintenance in these areas will start concurrently at 9 AM on June 9 and is expected to last for the same duration of seven hours.
The Marrakech – Safi regional company has urged its customers to take necessary precautions during this outage period. They emphasized that the restoration of electricity may occur ahead of the scheduled time without prior notice.
