In the early hours of the morning, a significant security intervention took place in the affluent area of Al-Safir in the Sharifia district, under the jurisdiction of the Taslalt municipality. This operation was executed by the judicial police of the Royal Gendarmerie from Bab Doukkala in Marrakech, resulting in the arrest of five individuals inside a private villa. The arrests were made following suspicions of their involvement in organizing a raucous party that caused considerable noise and disrupted public order.
According to available information, this decisive security operation was prompted by complaints received from local residents who reported a gathering within one of the villas in the area, coupled with the associated noise and disturbance to the community. This prompted the Royal Gendarmerie to respond and investigate the activities taking place at the location.
The operation culminated in the detention of three French citizens of Algerian descent, alongside two Moroccan women from the cities of Settat and Marrakech. They were subsequently transported to the relevant authorities for further investigation and procedural formalities.
As per the same sources, the detainees have been placed under judicial custody by order of the competent public prosecutor, pending the completion of the investigation aimed at clarifying all circumstances and details of the case, as well as uncovering the nature of the actions attributed to those involved.
