SGTM Achieves Record Financial Results in 2025
In an impressive display of financial performance, SGTM has reported a net profit of 1.34 billion dirhams (MAD) for the fiscal year 2025, marking an extraordinary increase of 127.6% compared to the previous year. The consolidated revenue reached 15.16 billion MAD, reflecting a substantial growth of 36.6%. Additionally, the company’s EBITDA stood at 2.48 billion MAD, up by 31.7%, while operating income increased by 38.3% to 1.95 billion MAD. These figures not only signify a remarkable expansion but also highlight SGTM's robust strategic positioning in the market.
To fully appreciate the scale of this performance, it is essential to consider it within the framework of the initial public offering (IPO) prospectus approved by the AMMC in November 2025. The business plan presented to investors anticipated a revenue of 14.3 billion MAD for the fiscal year 2025 and a net profit of 1.1 billion MAD. SGTM has therefore exceeded its own projections in the first fiscal year following its IPO, achieving a revenue surplus of nearly 900 million MAD and an additional net profit of over 200 million MAD. This disparity is significant and reinforces the argument posited by several analysts prior to the operation, suggesting that the management adopted conservative assumptions in their forecasts.
